Māte, kas rada

Mana mamma ir sieviete, kas visu mūžu palīdzējusi cilvēkiem. Brīnišķīga, atvērta, ziņkārīga — viņa apgūst jaunas tehnoloģijas ātrāk nekā daudzi jaunieši.

Pirms kāda laika viņa atrada sev meditāciju. Ne tādu, kur sēž lotosa pozā — tādu, kur ar mīlestību pārvērš vecas drēbes jaunā elpā. Viņa griež, šuj, saved kopā auduma strēmeles, un tad auž paklājus uz stelles — lēnām, klusi, ar mieru sirdī.

Tas nav tikai amats. Tā ir apzinātība. Vecais kļūst jauns. Izmestais kļūst skaists. Un viņa grib vietu, kur to darīt kopā ar citiem — rādīt, mācīt, saites aust starp cilvēkiem, ne tikai audumu.

A Mother Who Creates

My mom is a woman who has spent her life helping people. Wonderful, open, curious — she picks up new technologies faster than most young people.

Some time ago, she found her meditation. Not the sitting-still kind — the kind where old clothes become a new breath. She cuts, she sews, she joins strips of fabric together, then weaves them into rugs on a loom — slowly, quietly, with peace in her heart.

It's not just a craft. It's mindfulness. The old becomes new. The discarded becomes beautiful. And she wants a space to do this with others — to show, to teach, to weave connections between people, not just fabric.

The beginning of something bigger

C U There starts with mom's rug workshop — a space where people gather, learn to weave from their own old clothes, find peace in the process, and each other. That's the beginning.

But the vision is bigger: a workspace, good tea, healthy drinks, a space with rooms for yoga, stretching, dance, lectures, and experience exchange. A place where people create, learn, and belong.
